Photostimulated generation of defects and surface reactions on a series of wide band gap metal-oxide solids
Article Abstract:
A new study seeks to establish whether spectral sensitization of metal oxides by UV illumination is a phenomenon more general than previously thought and whether it includes photostimulated adsorption of molecules and photochemical reactions.
