Preparation and characterization of antimony-doped tin dioxide electrodes. part 2. XRD and EXAFS characterization.

Article Abstract:

The characterization of several antimony and platinum doped tin dioxide electrodes supported in titanium with the help of X-ray diffraction (XRD) and X-ray absorption spectroscopy (EXAFS) techniques is described. The analysis of the structural modifications on the different electrode after anodic polarization-deactivation is discussed.

Preparation and characterization of antimony-doped tin dioxide electrodes.3. XPS and SIMS characterization

Article Abstract:

Several antimony- and antimony-platinum-doped tin dioxide electrodes supported on titanium is characterized for surface analysis and secondary-ion mass spectroscopy (SIMS) fro in-depth profile analysis. The presence of platinum produces the segregation of Sb near the electrode surface.
