Mechanisms and resolution of photocatalytic lithography
Article Abstract:
A remote oxidation of organic and inorganic materials by the TiO2 photocatalyst is reported. A technique for the patterning of solid surfaces on the basis of the oxidation via the gas phase, as photocatalytic lithography is developed.

Remote bleaching of methylene blue by UV-irradiated TiO (sub)2 in the gas phase
Article Abstract:
The use of UV-irradiated TiO (sub)2 for remote bleaching of methylene blue in the gas phase has been investigated. Results demonstrate that methylene blue has been bleached in oxygen gas phase inhibited by ethanol vapor.
