Selenium-tellurium sequences in binary glasses as depicted by (super 77)Se and (super 125)Te NMR

Article Abstract:

Some resolved solid state (super 77)Se NMR spectra are presented in the Te(sub x)Se(sub 1-x) vitreous system at ambient temperature. The way Se and Te atoms are linked into the chains, clustering process, homogeneous distribution, and random distribution considering different models are described.

Relations between the photoluminescence efficiency of CdTe nanocrystals and their surface properties revealed by Synchrotron XPS

Article Abstract:

Colloidally prepared CdTe nanocrystals are studied. A photoemission study was performed to reveal if there are structural differences in the nanocrystals and a structure model is proposed to explain the differences in luminescence efficiency.

The structure of alkali tellurite glasses

Article Abstract:

Structural models of alkali tellurite glasses, (M2O)(sub x)(TeO2)(sub 1-x) with M= Li, Na, K are depicted. The glass structure is investigated by means of the reverse Monte Carlo algorithm, neutron, and X-ray diffraction, NMR spectroscopy.
