Comparative characterization study of microporous carbons by HRTEM image analysis and gas adsorption
Article Abstract:
The verification of the transfer function of high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM) was obtained by comparing the power spectrum of the HRTEM image with the logically calculated effective transfer function. The combination of HRTEM and image analysis is found to be useful for structural analysis of narrow micropores and closed porosity.

Electrochemistry at chemically assembled single-wall carbon nanotube arrays
Article Abstract:
Electrochemical methods are used to study the electron transfer (ET) process at chemically assembled single-wall carbon nanotube (SWNT) electrodes. The kinetic studies of the chemical assembly of SWNTs reveal that a relatively fast step that is dominated by the surface reaction and a successive slow step that is governed by bundle formation exist.
