Atmospheric degradation of volatile organic compounds
Article Abstract:
A large body of kinetic, product, and mechanistic data concerning the atmospheric chemistry of volatile organic chemistries (VOCs) is found. There is a large database concerning the kinetics of the reactions of OH radical, NO3 radical, and O3 with VOCs, but relatively few VOCs are studied below room temperature.

Kinetics of halogen oxide radicals in the stratosphere
Article Abstract:
The focus is on the reactions of XO radicals that play a key role in the halogen-ozone interactions in various atmospheric regions, from the upper stratosphere to the marine boundary layer. These interactions mainly take place in the atmospheric gas phase.

Kinetics and mechanisms of the oxidation of oxygenated organic compounds in the gas phase
Article Abstract:
The available kinetic and mechanistic data for the oxidation of oxygenated organic compounds are reviewed under tropospheric conditions. The oxidation of saturated oxygenated compounds is largely initiated by their reaction with hydroxyl radicals.
