Biomolecular solid state NMR: advances in structural methodology and applications to peptide and protein fibrils
Article Abstract:
The review illustrates how solid state nuclear magnetic resonance spectoscpy lends itself for the analysis and atomic-level structure determination of peptides and proteins that are insoluble, high molecular weight, or noncrystallizable. Data on amyloid fibrils and other protein fibrils and membrane-bound peptide and proteins are disccussed.
