Highly efficient organic devices based on electrically doped transport layers
Article Abstract:
The controlled doping of organic semiconductors by coevaporation with suitable dopant molecules and its application for highly efficient devices, such as organic light emitting diodes and organic solar cells is reviewed. The experimental data shows that the conductivities could be raised many orders of magnitude above the conductivity of nominally undoped materials.

Development of dendrimers: Macromolecules for use in organic light-emitting diodes and solar cells
Article Abstract:
The preparation of optoelectronically active solution-processable dendritic materials is investigated by focusing on two different applications, namely organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) and solar cells, in which they are used. The branched structure and modular synthesis nature of dendrimers means that the required could be introduced at low generations.
