The authors review the publications on the polymerization technologies based on the single-site and metallocene coordination olefin polymerization catalysts. Topics of interest include types and intrinsic structural features of the activators, activation processes in the reactions between precatalyst and cocatalyst and thermodynamics of the catalyst activation.

Modeling metal-catalyzed olefin polymerization

The authors review the publications on the single-center metal-catalyzed polymerization. The topics of interest include the effect of solvents, pressure, temperature control and reaction scale on the polymer properties, and the model complexes used in the computational study of the single-center olefin polymerization.
