Structure determination of membrane proteins by NMR spectroscopy
Article Abstract:
Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) spectroscopy is useful in the structure determination of membrane proteins. NMR is found to be more suitable than X-ray Crystallography because it has the ability to select proteins based on their biological functions.
