Article Abstract:
The important usages of spin relaxation methods for investigating conformational dynamic processes in proteins and nucleic acids are explained. The experimental techniques used for measuring spin relaxation rate constants are reviewed.

Theory and applications of NMR based screening in pharmaceutical research

The theoretical as well as the practical aspects of Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) based screening methods are explained. Examples of the way these NMR methods are used to generate new chemical ligands for drug targets are presented.
