Projector delivers 1,500 lumens, displays true XGA

Article Abstract:

Sanyo Electric Co. Ltd. offers the BigShow Data LP-XG1500 LC projector displays true XGA images and compressed SXGA images and delivers 1,500 lumens (ANSI) through the use of polarization conversion prism. The product can project up to 600-inch true XGA images, compressed SXGA images and interpolative VGA images. It uses a 400W high-output metal halide lamp as well as three 1,024 x 768-dot, 1.8-inch polysilicon LC panels. The use of a multiple-scanning system helps the projector to accommodate most kinds of personal computers and fits to six of the world's leading color broadcast systems.

Bigshow projectors feature 2,300 ANSI lumens, SXGA resolutions

Sanyo Electric Company Ltd is adding the new Y1.3-million LP-XG120, the Y898,000 LP-XG10, the Y2.68-million LP-SX2500 and the Y2.53-million LP- SX2500L LCD projectos to the company's Bigshow Data lineup. With a rapid processing circuit that conforms to a dot clock of over 200MHz, both the LP-SX2500L and LP-SX2500 models deliver 2,300 lumens (ANSI). On the other hand, the LP-XG120 and LP-XG10 models deliver 1,600 and 800 ANSI lumens, respectively.
