CS&T intros new suite of support offerings

Article Abstract:

Software reseller and technology services provider Corporate Software and Technology (CS and T) has launched a series of new services involving enterprise server support, corporate internal information technology help desks and direct end-user support. Customers will also be able to select from a broad variety of support services to meet evolving technology and business application needs. The new offerings are part of CS and T's Easy Advantage Services program.

Push continues for Internet certifications

Article Abstract:

Multivendor Internet certification programs are gaining favor as the focus shifts to information technology support professionals working in multivendor environments. Novell, which has its own Novell Certified Internet Professional program, has partnered with Netscape Communications Corp to create a new certification program. US Web has also joined the bandwagon, creating a vendor-neutral USWeb Professional Certification Program.

Spotlight remains on end-user certifications

Article Abstract:

Software developers continue to launch end-user certification programs. Adobe Systems Inc has announced the availability of tests for Adobe Illustrator end users who want to become Adobe Certified Experts. Corel Corp has rolled out the beta versios for its Core Presentations 7 and WordPerfect 7 end-user certification tests for its WordPerfect Office Certified Professional program.
