ECR, POS machines accommodate broad spectrum of business activities

BMC Inc showcased its latest line of electronic cash registers (ECRs) and point-of-sale machines that are capable of a wide range of business applications at CeBIT '99 in Hannover, Germany, from Mar 18, 1999, to Mar 24, 1999. The company's offerings include the AP190 portable ECR that is capable of storing as much as 250 price look-up codes. Other items at the exhibit include the TTM 2000, BMC4000, BMC3000, PS2000 Restaurant, TH480 and CR280 Plus ECRs.

Senor Science Company Ltd highlighted its latest point-of-sale (POS) systems at CeBIT '99 in Hannover, Germany, from Mar 18, 1999 to Mar 24, 1999. The items shown at the exhibit include the Robot POS and UFree PC systems, both with 12.1-in touch-screen panels, that offer automatic angle LCD adjustment for one-touch retail operation. The Touch Post 2000 POS system has a compact design that makes it ideal for small retail establishments.
