On-line support delivery matures
Article Abstract:
Software support providers are increasingly using the Internet to give on- line services to their clients. A study showed that more than half of all software support transactions will be on-line in 1998 as more providers adopt the technology. The trend is also expected to result in a steady stream of new online service packages and tools that are being launched by independent service providers.
