Memo: Integration Necessary
Article Abstract:
The automated office of the future will be an integrated office with personal computers, minicomputers, mainframes, and other equipment all tied together. This prediction flows from a study conducted by International Resource Development Inc. On the other side of the matter, the findings anticipate a shrinking market for electronic typewriters, and with the appearance of sophisticated word-processing software for microcomputers, perhaps dedicated word-processing machines as well.
