Notebook computer handles wireless communications
Article Abstract:
Matsushita Electric Industrial Co Ltd has introduced its CF-A1R Let's Note B5 notebook computer. The model uses a built-in wireless module and an attached wireless station to perform indoor wireless communications. The notebook has a built-in portable phone and an interface for the Personal Handy Phone System for outdoor wireless communications. CF-A1R runs with a 366 MHz Mobile Celeron processors, and use 64MB synchronous DRAMs that can be expanded to 128 MB.

Nippon Avionics Co Ltd has introduced the MP-250E and the MP-300E multimedia projectors. The M-250E delivers 1,100 lumens (ANSI) of brightness and is fully compatible with SVGA personal computers. It also displays images from XGA computers using compression technology. The MP- 300E offers 1,200 ANSI lumens and is fully compatible with XGA personal computers. It can also display SXGA images through compression technology.
