Ricoh Company Ltd remain confident that digital copiers will continue to grow due to the surging popularity of computer networks among businesses in Europe. The company, which already holds a 44% share in the European market for digital copiers, aims to take advantage of its dominant position and push its marketing activity to a new level. To respond to users' needs across Europe, Ricoh has opened a network solution facility in Dusseldorf, Germany. The company also aims to improve its sale support system in aneffort to offer assistance to its network of sales agents scattered in different European countries.
