Still batting 1,000
Article Abstract:
Sony's $3,999 VAIO PCG-719C notebook computer is an outstanding product and is highly recommended. The PCG-719C is sleek and stylish, and it is fast, being built around a Pentium 233MHz processor with MMX. The product's 512KB of pipeline-burst cache works with the powerful Pentium chip to deliver programs without any delay. The reviewed machine came with 32MB of system memory, but for users who want more, a PCG-719C can be upgraded to 128MB. The 2.1GB removable hard drive will be adequate for most users, and a bigger one is an option. The PCG-719C's screen is a 12.1-inch active matrix display with 1024x768 resolution. A 14.5x CD-ROM is included, and overall, the PCG-719C represents state-of-the-art audio and video.
