Recognition, Braun form strategic partnership

Recognition Systems Group and customer relations management systems integrator Braun Consulting Inc have entered into a strategic partnership in Feb 2000. The partnership permits clients to combine automated campaign management solutions into their infrastructures. It also allows Recognition Systems' clients with the ability to integrate Protagona into their infrastructure through the systems integration and consulting services provided by Braun.

The deal involves the firms' marketing of their respective software solutions to assist customers in managing marketing campaigns across the enterprise. It also involves enhancing critical customer data for personalized, one-to- one marketing strategies. Recognition Systems is a marketing sutomation software vendor while Firstlogic is a data quality software vendor.

AMS forms strategic alliance with SAS Institute

American Management Systems (AMS), an international business and information technology consulting firm based in Fairfax, VA, has recently forged a strategic alliance with SAS Institute of Cary, NC, in an aim to help businesses establish the operational environments required to better manage their customer relationship. Both companies will work together to provide technology-based customer data-analysis solutions for their clients across several industries in the US and abroad. The two entities will initially focus on combining AMS' Strata Enterprise software product with SAS Enterprise Miner, a data-mining tool.
