Customers respond to Southwest Airlines' latest 'Ding' service

Article Abstract:

The Dallas-based Southwest Airlines' Ding service, which was unveiled on February 28, enables customers to freely download information about the airline's special deals on fares, which, being limited to only a few hours, would be otherwise missed by them. There is a likelihood of using the application in the future to link with the company's Rapid rewards frequent-flier program and for offering special Ding fares to customers' cell phones.
