DraftWorldwide buys Brussels DM agency

Article Abstract:

DraftWorldwide, a direct marketing company, unveiled its first agency in the Benelux countries in June 1998 following its acquisition of Feedback SPRL, a Brussels, Belgium-based integrated marketing company. The deal is the seventh in a series of acquisitions that aimed to establish an international network of DM agencies. The company decided to purchase Feedback because it is reportedly one of the fastest-growing integrated marketing communications agencies in Belgium. Another deciding factor is Feedback's Brussels location, which is in the center of the European Union.
