Equipment and technology review: vicious hydro concrete pumped 400m below ground
Article Abstract:
The Belgian concrete pump service company LECA has used its Putzmeister BSF 24.16 H for the pumping of a special hydro concrete up to a depth of four hundred metres below the earth's surface to backfill the shaft of a former colliery. The detailed methodology for backfilling the shaft area lying above the concrete slab, is discussed.
