Federal spam law works perfectly
Article Abstract:
The Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography and Marketing Act of 2003 is useless as there is not an easy way to Spam by law. Government to get rid of the issue on hand and to preempt several state Spam laws creeping up enacted the law but not really to stop it.
