Article Abstract:

The recent regulatory developments during summer in different states of United States relevant to the Manufactured Housing Industry and the factory-built housing industry are discussed. Other trade shows, summits, conferences, meetings etc. of the industry that were held during summer are also discussed. The services rendered by different state associations of the industry are highlighted.

Grassroots perspective: Minnesota

Article Abstract:

The Minnesota Manufactured Housing Association's (MMHA)' water submetering bill was passed by the Minnesota House Commerce Committee. In its testimony, the MMHA explained the need to clarify the existing state law authorizing the installation of water submeters in factory built home communities.
