Impiric to benefit from Y&R's investment in Naviant

Naviant Inc, an online electronic publishing service provider based in Newtown Square, PA, has received $20 million in investment financing from New York, NY-based marketing and advertising heavyweight Young and Rubicam Inc. Naviant also said that the ad agency will make an additional investment of $10 million over four years for Naviant branded e-List ad eTargeting product and service offerings, which will be essential to direct marketers.

Grey restructures under holding firm

Article Abstract:

Grey Advertising Inc of New York has announced a new program aimed at restructuring the 83-year-old advertising agency. Under the new plan, which is still subject to investor approval, the company will be renamed as Grey Global Group Inc. The core advertising agency will be transformed into Grey Worldwide and will be under new management. Grey Global will serve as a holding company for all of the company's other assets.

The move followed Individual.com's transformation from Newspage.com, which was based on customer subscriptions. The Web site will take advantage of Primary Knowledge's ability to include data from traditionall offline marketing sources.
