Industry trends to look for in 1999
Article Abstract:
The prefabricated houses industry will confront 1998's financial excesses in 1999. This will be evident in four trends that will likely persist during the year. One of which is the realignment of capital in the advertising and marketing operations in support of last year's acquisition deals. Aggressive marketing campaigns will be launched to increase market share. Moreover, industry consolidation will persist in the form of alliances and partnerships between companies. Lastly, personnel from other industries will be recruited to man the industry's sales programs.
