Gizmo! owner sues Cartwright for slander
Article Abstract:
Gizmo LLC owner Peter Bieler has filed a countersuit against former company president and chief operating officer Lynn Cartwright. The suit is in response to Cartwright's lawsuit accusing Bieler and his companies of alleted fraud, breach of contract, negligent misrepresentation, wrongful discharge and unpaid wages. Cartwright is seeking damages of at least $461,200 for lost pay and other costs associated with her employment at the DRTV company.
