Following Kmart Holdings Corporation's proposed merger with Sears, Roebuck and Company of Illinois, e-Commerce company Fry Inc. rebuilt the Web site for Kmart Holdings Corporation in order to promote seasonal and special campaigns online. The chief technological improvements on the Web site are examined.
