Article Abstract:
Professional real estate managers should not ignore the task of minimizing the risks of a property to be subjected to personal injury and property damage claims. Education, background checks, homeowner insurance, 'hold-harmless' clause, communication, complaint log, incident and accident reports, property inspections and contractors were among the main issues that manufactured home community owners and developers need to consider.
