Royal Mail raises first-, second-class rates in April

Accepting the proposals made by Postal Commission, the United Kingdom's Royal Mail will be increasing the prices of its first and second class stamps in April this year. The rates will increase by 2 pence to 32 pence and 23 pence respectively.
