Ruling May Ravage Content on Sites

Article Abstract:

The U.S. Supreme Court has ruled against the right on media companies to use free lance writers' work on their Internet sites without compensation. Industry analysts said that the case, which is known as New York Times Co. v. Tasini, has broad implications for Web publishers and electronic database providers.

AOL offers fails to halt nonprofits' Goodmail protest
