Senate hearing: give CAN-SPAM time to work

Article Abstract:

The Senate Commerce Committee's investigate the progress of CAN-SPAM Act, which focused on law enforcements efforts and industry moves to address the Spam problem through e-mail authentication systems. It is discussed that CAN-SPAM gives enforcement powers to Internet service providers, state attorney general and the Federal Trade Commission.
