Ventura 7 requires a minimum 65 megabytes of hard disk space for installation and sixteen megabytes of random access memory. It includes a three-dimensional log generator, 30,000 clip-art images and CD-ROM writer software. Ventura 7 costs 695 pounds sterling to purchase.

Microsoft Publisher 97 requires a minimum of eight megabytes random access memory and a Windows 95 operating system. It is designed for use in the home or education and costs 85 pounds sterling to purchase.
