Laser eye surgery: for some people it has the potential to deliver 20/20 vision; but there are risks, side effects and uncertainties - so proceed carefully if you're considering laser eye surgery
Article Abstract:
Laser eye surgery is both recommended and dismissed depending upon the patient who has or has not success with the two kinds of laser procedures. The excimer laser is used in both to augment the cornea and restore the ability to focus. PRK, photorefractive keratotomy, was first done in Australia in 1991. It scrapes the epithelium, the cornea's outer layer, and then shapes the surface. LASIK, laser-assisted in-situ keratomileusis, cuts an outer layer so that the laser can work within an area of the cornea. When the refractive error is corrected, the layer is returned to cover the cornea and it reattaches through natural healing. There are concerns about light sensitivity, halos, glaring and blurring that laser treatment can produce.

The financial risks of renting a car
Article Abstract:
Renting a car involves understanding the terms and conditions of the rental agreement. Many automobile renters do not realize that they are liable for dents and scratches that happen while they are using the automobile. To avoid any misunderstanding, renters should sing a pre-existing damage agreement so that any previous marks are the company's responsibility. Another unknown contract condition is the single-vehicle accident. Renters can be held liable for damage, sometimes costing thousands of dollars, for any incident that does not involve another vehicle.
