The changes that globalization has brought about in the ethics of Sweden are presented. Special focus is on the conflicts and clashes that can be the consequence of an encounter between the old values and the new norms resulting from mergers of companies from different companies.

The illustrations given by the small business owners who have experienced employee thefts and frauds in their businesses are mentioned. The methods of investigation used by them to obtain the necessary evidence and the result are discussed.
