Comment on Kindt's paper
Article Abstract:
Drawing on Professor Kindt' s paper, it is argued that gambling industry has serious damage on states' economy and diverted huge profits to private parties. In view of its harmful effects on society, gambling industry must pay for the social costs incurred.

Article Abstract:
An examination is conducted into the possibility of holding legal gambling companies responsible for the social costs involved. Taxation is suggested as a possible solution and that more research is to be done on the impact of gambling on states' economy.
