Price vector effects in choice experiments: an empirical test
Article Abstract:
A choice model examining the effect of price on the preference and willingness-to-pay for non-market goods like environment, health and transport, is presented. It is concluded that change in price does not result in drastic variations in estimated preferences or willingness-to-pay. The study is based on European Union's new Water Frame Directive.
