Credit conditions

Article Abstract:

Results of a survey conducted in November 2003 in the United States by the National Federation of Independent Business Owners (NFIB), based on questionnaires sent to its members, report on credit conditions. Easy availability of credit and low interest rates were observed resulting in an ideal credit market environment.

Small Business capital outlays

Article Abstract:

The outlays of capital expenditures in small business are discussed and data for the period 1998-2003 are presented. Agriculture firm owners reported more spending.
