A study is conducted to examine the allocation of police forces after a terrorist attack. The main subject of this study is the terrorist attack that took place on the Jewish Center in Buenos Aires, Argentina in July 1994.

On a political solution to the NIMBY conflict
Article Abstract:
Integration of a political economic framework with a model of a competitive real estate market is studied. An effective solution is presented to tackle the NIMBY (not in my back yard) conflict.
