From scarcity to abundance: reflections on using African values to combat fraud

The author examines the social and economic problems caused by fraud in Africa, and suggests that African values are needed to fight fraud. This article contrasts the free market economy, where fraud is common, with the African economy and world-view, where the belief is that resources are shared.
