Gas---with output to double by 2010--is driving new phase of industrial development

Saudi Arabia's expected natural gas production is forecast to double to 10 bil cubic feet/day by 2010. The country has developed a long-term strategy for expanding the industry, creating investment opportunities that have already led to the establishment of more than seventeen petrochemical facilities.
