Macrodynamics of debt regimes, financial instability and growth
Article Abstract:
The development of a post-Keynesian dynamic model of capacity utilization and growth, in which the supply of credit-money by the banking system is endogenous at an exogenously given nominal rate, is discussed. The model shows the possibility of relating the stability properties of systems with the interest rate and debt ratio as state variables.
