Recent stock price relationships between Japanese and U.S. stock markets

The usage of quantitative methods for the development of a framework to analyze the relation between the monetary policy of Japan and the United States, based on interest rates, stock prices, and exchange rates prevailing in Japan and the United States, is described.

Theories of capital structure: evidence from an emerging market

Article Abstract:

The relevance of pecking order theory's forecast on capital structure in Malaysian capital market is revealed through identifying the inverse relation between profits and debt ratios. This relation is proved to be the major determinant of Malaysian debt policy.
