Article Abstract:

A seasonally adjusted 20 percent of all firms have at least one job opening, which is a rise of one point but well below the 35 percent reading reached in 2000. The unavailability of workers with appropriate skills is characterized by nine percent of owners as their number-one business problem which is the lowest reading in recent years and up by one point from last month.

Domestic spending is imperative for companies to hire new people. Aims to increase total employment fell by five points to a seasonally adjusted net one percent of all firms.
