Stata 5.0 is an entirely programmable statistical package software specifically used in data analysis, regression, optimum probability estimation and survey data analysis. Stata

Article Abstract:

The performance of STATA, a statistical software, is evaluated and examined in handling large data. STATA demonstrates efficiency in dealing with statistics, graphics and data management. It exemplifies simplicity and speed in its operation and is not restricted by the size of the data set. Although it is not as flexible as other softwares, STATA can still provide its invaluable service to the applied economist.
