Tabletop display does double-duty
Article Abstract:
Rhone-Poulenc Ag Co is using tabletop display graphics to promote its Regent insecticide and Balance herbicide. The tabletop displays were created to allow sales representatives to market Rhone-Poulenc products at the local level, such as dealer and grower conferences, local trade shows and events where the company does not participate with an exhibit booth. Balance or Regent message can be displayed separately or shown together in one display.

Everybody eats
Article Abstract:
Agricultural marketers may find it worth their while and money to spend on food items as premiums and incentives. While most marketers prefer giving out jackets, visors and caps, food may just be an equally effective promotional item, if only for the fact that everybody has to eat. Moreover, customers who have been inured to receiving shirts and caps will be pleasantly suprised when they receive thank-you steaks.
