The findings of an investigation done to check the macroeconomic Consequences and the welfare implications of wage arrears in transition economy of Ukraine by using a one-sector neo classical growth model are presented.

Quasi-geometric discounting: a closed-form solution under the exponential utility function

The example used is consumer labor income subjected to idiosyncratic productivity shocks that are uninsurable. A closed-form solution is produced.
