Article Abstract:
There is a need to initiate reforms in higher learning institutions in the US. Some critics argue that the quality of education in US colleges has steadily deteriorated over the past decade. Others believe that this criticism is merely a reaction from conservative politicians who are wary of the liberal nature of these institutions.
