Style over substance?
Article Abstract:
Issues relating to the question of what is employability and how should we measure it are examined. It is argued that a more holistic approach towards reflecting on achievement should be taken, rather than rigidly sticking to a set of bullet points and tick boxes that only serve to infantilise students and tutors.

Pointless tedium--don't you just love it?
Article Abstract:
As neither students or lecturers enjoy exams, the need for them is examined. The contention that exams are a mock-real-life performance by which relevant life skills can be assessed is looked at, as is the opposing view that "quality" education stands opposed to "exam-oriented education".
